Private Yoga Instruction

I'm available for private, semi-private and family classes.

Private yoga classes are a great way to use flexible spending dollars an employer designates for fitness! 

Private classes also make wonderful birthday or holiday gift ideas for a loved one who is dedicated to their yoga practice. They are also perfect for people who are interested in exploring yoga but not sure how to begin.  

I have extensive experience working with 'tweens and teens! Family classes are a great way to introduce your kids to yoga without the intimidating experience of joining mom and dad at a studio class. 

I can offer private or small group classes over Zoom. I've been a longtime fan of live video workouts so please inquire if you'd like to learn more about this option!
